Pricing Policy

 

The prices established in the Interescape online store, unless otherwise indicated, will only be valid for the day on which they are announced, remaining in force for the customer who orders on that date, even if they receive it on a later day. All items presented on this website are subject to stock availability, at the time the item is collected from the respective warehouse. Missing items will not be invoiced.

The prices established, except for spelling errors, publication errors or stock outs, do not include VAT and are only valid for this store and for the day on which they are announced. Prices and specifications subject to change without notice.

Satisfaction/Return Policy

 

Interescape is extremely concerned about the quality of its products and services.

However, if you are not satisfied with a certain product, regardless of whether it is defective or not, you can always return it to the carrier upon delivery of the order, and the amount due will be refunded to you later. . You can also express your dissatisfaction via the telephone number – 252248 810 and return the product(s) (with a refund of the price paid) within 15 days of receipt of the product(s). same(s), by bank transfer, as long as they are in the condition in which they were purchased (including the original packaging). In the case of a return, for reasons beyond Interescape’s control, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Given that delivery is made by a transport company, if the order does not arrive within the deadline indicated by that same entity, the customer will be asked to provide the necessary documentation in order to proceed with a complaint process. Interescape is obliged to wait for the transport company to complete its investigation before sending a new shipment or refunding the purchase. This deadline is imposed by the carrier to which Interescape is independent.

Product Quality Policy

 

Interescape offers you a range of more than 35,000 products and guarantees maximum quality, as well as the ieservice Particle Filter Cleaning service certified by TÜVRheinland®!

Through a protocol with internationally and nationally renowned manufacturers, Interescape ensures the guarantee against manufacturing defects in the products sold.

In our warehouses, products are stored in specific equipment and in accordance with the characteristics of each product. Your purchases are properly packaged in cardboard boxes.

Transport is carried out by companies contracted by Interescape, and there are protocols that ensure that this process takes place with the maximum safety required.

 

Customs duties

 

There are no customs duties within the European Union. Customs duties apply exclusively to goods sold to countries outside the European Union and in this case the customer must pay all associated duties and costs.

Privacy and security policy

 

On registration

Interescape, Lda., collects your personal data for billing purposes and with a view to marketing products and services sold, assuming a commitment to privacy and security in the processing and maintenance of each customer’s personal data. The information you provide us is only intended to provide you with a service best suited to your characteristics and needs. As such, and for the purpose of delivering orders, we inform you that your contact details and address will be transmitted to the transport companies contracted by Interescape, Lda. to fully carry out the services contracted by its customers.

On payment

The entire operation of selecting the payment method to use and entering data inherent to the order payment process is duly protected.

All information is encrypted and managed with the most advanced security tools, and is only accessed by Interescape, Lda.

 

General Terms and Conditions for the Provision of Repair and/or Cleaning Services for Automotive Vehicle Exhaust Systems, Catalytic Converters and Particle Filters:

 

These General Terms and Conditions for the Provision of Repair and/or Cleaning Services for Exhaust Systems, Catalysts and Particle Filters of Motor Vehicles (“TCG”) apply, unless expressly agreed otherwise, between the Contracting Parties within the scope the provision of services contracted to Interescape -Fabricação de Escapes para Automóveis, Lda. (“Interescape”) by the client (“Client”), under the terms of the following clauses:

1. Full and Unreserved Acceptance

 

a) These TCG are provided, in writing or are made available at www.interescape.com, prior to the formalization of the provision of repair and/or cleaning services for exhaust systems, catalytic converters and particulate filters of motor vehicles (“ Services”) by the Customer.

b) The formalization of the provision of Services and/or the acceptance of the invoice by the Customer implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC, assuming, even if this is not expressly stated, that the Customer has full knowledge of all clauses that make up these GTC, as well as their scope, excluding all clauses that have not been expressly accepted by Interescape and do not appear in a written document agreed and signed by Interescape and the Customer.

c) Any changes or additions to these TCG will only be valid if made in writing and signed by the Parties.

2. Price and Price Changes

 

a) Without prejudice to what may be agreed between Interescape and the Customer, the price for the provision of Services will be the price in force at Interescape at the time of issuing the respective invoice, to which VAT will be added at the legal rate in force, as well as any charges, taxes, tariffs, customs duties, fees or other taxes, or any bank fees, that are related thereto.

b) All prices presented for the provision of Services may be changed without prior notice.

c) If Interescape concludes that, due to legal, regulatory, administrative or judicial imposition, it is prevented from providing the Services, it may, without the need for prior notice and without incurring any liability to the Customer, cancel any future provision of the Services. Services.

3. Payment

 

a) Interescape will issue an invoice to the Customer for the provision of the Services.

b) Unless expressly stated otherwise on the respective invoice, invoices are due on the day they are issued.

c) Failure by the Customer to pay Interescape any overdue amounts grants Interescape the right to, automatically, without the need for any prior notification, and without prejudice to other rights, (i) suspend and/ or reject the performance of any future Services, (ii) apply, on a daily basis, default interest at the legal rate in force in accordance with the provisions of article 102 of the Commercial Code, in relation to any amounts not settled on the due date from the due date until the date on which actual payment occurs and (iii) require the Customer to pay all judicial and extrajudicial expenses, including administrative expenses and Lawyer and Solicitor fees, which Interescape incurs to ensure the satisfaction of the your credit.

4. Right of retention

 

Interescape reserves the right, under legal terms, to retain the vehicle in its possession until the repair amount is paid.

5. Limitation of Liability

 

a) The vehicles delivered to carry out the services are covered by Interescape’s liability insurance.

b) Interescape will under no circumstances be responsible for objects left inside vehicles that have not been personally delivered to Interescape receptionists.

c) Except as provided in the following paragraph, Interescape will under no circumstances be liable to the Customer for any indirect, consequential or special damages (including, in particular, those relating to losses of production, revenue, profits, customers, reputation or the value of their actions), namely, but not limited to, damage to parts or accessories of the vehicle, which may result from the provision of the Services.

d) The results of the car particle filter cleaning services carried out by Interescape guarantee the restoration of the particle filter efficiency to 98%. This guarantee ends (i) if there is intervention by workshops other than Interescape, (ii) if the vehicle is subject to improper use, abuse or neglect, namely lack of maintenance within the periods indicated by the brand manufacturer and carried out outside the workshops and /or official dealers of the brands, (iii) failure to carry out inspection within the indicated periods, (iv) in cases of inefficiency or failure of other components

6. Effectiveness

 

a) These GTC are binding on the Parties, their successors and assigns, and may only be removed by special provision contained in a written agreement.

b) If any provision of these GTC or said written agreement is considered, by any Court or competent jurisdiction, as invalid, void or unenforceable, the remaining clauses and conditions will remain fully valid and will not be affected, annulled or invalidated, and the Parties will replace the invalid or unenforceable provision with another, so that these TCG and/or said written agreement remain fully valid, effective and enforceable.

7. Waiver of Rights

 

The Parties expressly acknowledge that, unless otherwise agreed in writing or in these GTC, (i) no failure or delay in compliance by any Party in the exercise of its rights will correspond to a waiver or restriction of their exercise, and (ii) the isolated or partial exercise of any right does not preclude the exercise of the same in its entirety or any additional right that may be attached to them.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

 

These TCG are subject to Portuguese law, with the jurisdiction of the District Court of Porto being competent to resolve any disputes arising from them, without prejudice to the alternative means of dispute resolution made available to the Customer and available at www.interescape.com
